Hello Blogagers! It’s a lovely Thursday and I didn’t go to work today because I had migraine this morning. I had too much sleep already and thought I should get up and make myself useful. So here I am in front of my monitor staring at the blinking cursor with an empty word document. I don’t know what I should write and I spent the last 30 minutes trying to figure out what topic I will discuss with you guys and still in the process of thinking…
…
… hmm
Still nothing …
Ding!
I thought of something already! I will create the “most nonsense post evaah! (I like it slang don’t mind me)”
So, how to create a nonsense post? Well you are reading one at the moment, that is if you are still there reading it.
If you are a blogger and you want to make money from it I guess this is what you call a career suicide because posts like these never get searched by normal people. Believe me, if you landed on this page by searching a keyword “most nonsense blog post ever” you are not normal. Why are you searching for a keyword like that? Unless you’re from Guinness World Records and you are looking for the best nonsense blog posts ever, then it’s OK, did I qualify for that category? LOL
Seriously though, being a successful blogger is not just writing content. You have to know what your readers want. You have to know what they are searching for and use that keyword to make an article. Try low competition keywords for now if you are just starting your blog. This way you do not have to worry about SEO yet and you can rank high in Google for using that keyword. But don’t get it too low, you will end up first in Google but no one is really searching for that particular word, it’s so damn useless.
I am a new blogger as well and I only know the basics, I am just sharing what I know. Like what they say, you have to share what you have learned in order to practice it. Practice makes perfect.
Well there you have it, my most nonsense blog post ever! Can you believe it? I almost hit 400 words with this post!
Have a good weekend!
You’ve completed set up your new website or blog, traffic is increasing from search engines, it’s time to apply for an Adsense account to monetize it, after a few days your Adsense application gets declined. You reviewed the reason why Google rejected your application, updated your website again and even reviewed Adsense ToS and policy for like a hundred times, but still can’t find concrete answer on why your application was denied. Now you are desperate to seek an answer and emailed Google. After waiting for ages, still there was no response. You get frustrated and applied for a different ad service instead.
I have friends whom I encouraged to create a blog and generate income from it but was not able to get approval by Adsense. I got my Adsense account approved 2 weeks after my application before. There was no issue with the content and website age, but now I guess this is the reason why Adsense is rejecting applications. If you have the same problem, try updating your blog with original content and make sure they are informative to your readers. Website age is now being considered; make sure your site is at least 6 months before applying for Adsense. For now just write high quality articles or blog posts and retry applying again after 6 months. If not you can always try to apply for other ad services like Chitika, Adbright, Infolinks and CPAlead. It’s not the end of your blogging career, if you like to succeed in blogging you have to be patient. Making money with blogging is not easy like everybody thinks; it needs time and hard work as well. Optimizing your blog is another story, read on some SEO tips. You will discover that writing content is not the end of it.
I did not plan to write a blog on how to make money online through blogging but I guess this is also a good addition to my topic. So what the heck I’ll just give it a try. I admit this is not one of the best make money online blog yet but maybe it will be in the near future haha!
Last August 12, Infolinks launched the “Related Tags” feature, which claims it has the potential of 35% increase in monthly earnings. The related tags feature is more like a text ad from Google Adsense. Is Infolinks expanding from in-text advertising into a full ad service? I’m not sure, but whatever they are doing as long as it helps us earn more, then I’m OK with it. I already started using related tags in my pages, I’ll try to monitor if my earnings will increase and update it here.
If you have been using Infolinks before and you have an account with them you can also use or activate Related Tags by inserting the following code to where you want it to be displayed:
<input type=”hidden” name=”IL_RELATED_TAGS” value=”1″/>
If you want to know more about related tags visit {here}
I am not sure though if using related tags will break Google’s TOS. I’ve seen blogs with both Adsense and Infolinks related tags, so I guess it is OK.
