Alright this is officially my first post for this year But I plan to publish articles here atleast once a week, I hope I can do that. Here’s a post for this week.

There’s a pinoy made app in android market introduced to me by my friend RC in his blog, it’s called Pinoy Henyo. Well I don’t have to explain what’s this game is all about. If you are watching EatBulaga and you are pinoy then you know this. This is tagged as pambansang laro by someone I don’t know, who cares as long as it is fun right?

The app is very basic, it displays words in category of tao, hayop, bagay and lugar. We tried it and it’s really fun to play with. Even at parties this can be a big help for bored guests.

Good app and thanks to kaizenbrew for making this brilliant app for android. But how about for IOS? Can someone develop pinoy henyo app for iphone/ipad as well? pinoy henyo in android market is more than 100 thousand downloads already and counting. I bet there are people who has IOS devices who wants this as well. I want to develop it myself (as if I know what I am doing.. duh?) but the SDK for ios is not free so sorry guys.

All we could do now is wait. If you want to play pinoy henyo now but you don’t have an android device just contact me I will be glad to swap my Samsung galaxy Y for your iphone -joke lang

Hi fans. lolz! Sorry I was not able to update this blog for a while now it’s because I have other important things to do like playing xbox.

I honestly don’t know what to do with this site last year. I tried to accept guest post and it didn’t go well. I thought it is a good idea since someone is writing articles for me but it turns out that those articles were only for backlinking. They did not even ranked in Google. But in all fairness I think out of 100 guest posts 3 has given me traffic so far haha! Guest posting is useless unless it is your friend writing them. Most of my guest posts are spun articles, bad for search engines.

For this year, what I plan to do is to use this blog to post jokes, funny videos and personal experiences. More of like my personal blog and opinions. No worries I will still post monthly cover photos from FHM Philippines pampainit ba, hehe. I have created a facebook page too, you can like us if you want walang pilitan, as of today ako pa lang naglalike see below for the link.

I won’t be targeting more keywords here for traffic, chill lang, STD lang. I will write what I want to write, you might like it or maybe not bahala na.

Yun lang!

I hope everyone had a good Christmas. Happy new year to y’all!

When we talk of alkaline forming foods, wheatgrass will never be left behind. It is surely one of the best foods among the list of alkaline forming foods and most probably one of the best foods in the planet. Wheatgrass is extremely alkaline. It is able to reverse your body’s acidity faster than most of the other alkaline foods. When your acidity is reversed, you definitely feel better, you get more energy and the signs of aging will be reversed.

Wheatgrass is truly a wonderful food that can able to do the following below:

Build the blood

The chlorophyll content in wheatgrass is so rich and surprisingly, this is almost 100% similar to the hemoglobin in our blood. The only difference is that the main component of chlorophyll is magnesium while the main component of hemoglobin is iron. Chlorophyll can be easily transformed into hemoglobin and so more red blood cells are produced in the body. When this happens, the blood’s ability to deliver oxygen and many other nutrients in the body improves and circulation drastically becomes much better. This is great news for those who are anemic.

Wheatgrass aids in cleansing the body.

Imagine, the nutrient content of merely 350 grams of wheatgrass is tantamount to over 3 kilograms of green leafy vegetables. To think, when we speak of the best type of vegetables, the leafy greens are on top of the list. This is how magnificent wheatgrass is that is maybe probably why it is being regarded as a miracle food. This is considered as a complete food in itself since the wheatgrass has rich amounts of good protein too. With the rich nutrient source that wheatgrass has, the body is more capable of totally eliminating free radicals and other noxious substances in our body. Since the proliferation of these harmful elements are thwarted, it is easier for the system to be totally clean. Look at an Omega J8006 review to see if this juicer could solve your wheatgrass juicing needs.

Remember, that we hold the key to our body’s improvement. We can use the wheatgrass to detoxify the body. This is by far, the fastest and surest manner to eliminate internal waste and provide the optimal health for our body.

If trying to keep your electric bills under control during the summer months is getting more difficult, there are a few tips that might help you to cut back on your energy consumption.

Whenever you can, cook with your microwave instead of your oven or stove top. This will use two-thirds less energy and it won’t heat up your kitchen, making it easier on your air conditioner to maintain the cooler temperature of your home.

Did you know the dishwasher actually uses less water than washing dishes by hand? However, let the dishes air dry instead of using the drying option. This will cut down on energy consumption as well.

Remember to wash your clothes in cold water. You will use less in hot water energy and it will help your clothing to maintain their color better as well.

Avoid using the dryer as much as possible. Your clothes can dry very quickly hung outside on a warm and windy day.

Wherever it’s possible, use energy efficient light bulbs and appliances and remember to keep electronics unplugged when they are not in use. This includes power strips. These continue to suck electricity even when they are not in use.

Aside from these tips, there are also some investments that you can make to help reduce or even eliminate your electric bill. Solar power is quickly becoming a trend because it is easy to come by, has many applications, is not expensive and is very effective! You can build your own DIY solar heating panels for your home heating needs, use solar pool covers to heat your pool, light your outdoor living spaces with solar powered lighting and even grill on solar powered grills.

There are many forms of energy that are natural and renewable and excellent options over fossil fuels. However, solar power remains a favorite because of the tremendous benefits that it offers.

One of my favorite foods is grilled cheese, I did not have a stove in my home and this meant that I needed to cook it in a microwave. There were several problems with my food every time I used the microwave. The bread was very hard and the cheese was harder, I didnt want to eat these once I made them in the microwave. However, I didnt want to waste food and so I forced myself to eat it. I hated making food in the microwave because it always came out hard and dry. This is because the technology removed the moisture from the food. If you like dry food, a microwave is a solution that uses a lot of electricity and will ruin all of your favorite foods. Because I had a very limited amount of space, I needed something that was easy to cook on and worked well to cook sandwiches and bread. These are the foods that I eat most because they are affordable, microwaves ruin this bread and this is why I tried to find something new.

I purchased a convection microwave from the Internet and I have been very happy with it. It is simple to clean with a sponge and some watch, the machine works by allowing the moisture in the food to be trapped inside and cook the food. Because the moisture is cooked into the food, this means that your food will be more moist. This over is a mixture of a microwave and a standard over for baking. I am able to cook mash potatoes in this over and I can also cook a bunt cake. This is a great benefit offered by convection microwaves. These are available in many different colors and brands for an affordable solution to any budgeting needs.

Magazines. Know your boyfriend’s interests. These may be sports, movies, songs, fashion clothes, gadgets, and other things. Give them magazines that feature these. You may want to make subscriptions to these magazines for updates.

A Sports watch. For those who have a boyfriend who is an athlete, a sports watch can be useful for them. Sports watch most likely lasts longer than other watches. It would be great especially for outdoor sports practices for Frisbee and track and field.

Video Games. Most men love to play video games as their hobby. Buy the latest versions of games that you know your boyfriend plays. You may even want to accompany them and have fun as you play your gift.

Go for a night out. Go out for a night of fun with your boyfriend by having bunch of foods that they like. Then you may go to a movie or a sporting event. Your boyfriend would enjoy this specially with your accompaniment.

Try go-cart racing. Go-cart racing is fun to do especially with your boyfriend. Invite him for a day to try go cart racing. He would surely enjoy this with you as his competition. Make a best of seven series and whoever wins must have a special price.

Buy an entertainment package. Let your boyfriend and his other male friends enjoy an entertainment package. This may include two movies of your choice, foods, drinks, etc. While they enjoy your gift, you may go to attend to your personal wants. You may go to a beauty store or to a spa.

Prepare a dinner for him. Cook your boyfriend’s favorite food. Or have it delivered if you have no time. Surprise him with it. You could also add some sweet wine to bring mood to your night. Share stories and experiences to him.

Lastly, you can offer him gift cards. With this, he can buy himself a nice item of his own choice. A good idea is a vanilla visa gift card since it offers wide variety of merchants. In some cases, vanilla visa activation however, so be sure to have the instructions ready as well.

One of the most sought out women accessories are without a doubt, designer handbags. This type of handbags is usually very well known by most consumers and is really appreciated by all of them. Many of the most exclusive designer handbags are created only in small amounts so the people who finally buy them can really feel that they posses an exclusive designer handbag, which makes them feel really good.

Designer handbags often come at a certain price range which not every consumer can achieve. This is actually a good thing because if you are ever able to purchase any of these designer products it would make you feel good knowing that not everybody has that same handbag. Therefore it is important for the consumer to know that not many persons will appear at a party with the same handbag, and that creates value for the person who attains a certain designer handbag. This is nothing less than the value of exclusivity.

Today one can find many types of designer handbags, some more popular than others and some substantially more expensive than others. The quality between handbags can vary widely, and in consequence the price may vary widely as well. But that is in fact something good, so people with different levels of wealth can attain different types of handbags, and in this way no one is left without indulging themselves with these great items.

Tory Burch handbags are targeted to elegant and fashionable women. These designer handbags look so great and stunning, that they started to become very popular nowadays. Lots of colors and models are available for consumers seeking for high quality handbags. It would not impress me that anyone may find a designer handbag they like at Tory Burch, but please remember that these designer handbags are for really elegant and fashionable women.
